At a high level: you plan in RetailReady, pick in Logiwa, and then RetailReady handles all the complex
FBA packing and communication with Amazon.
1. Plan and create in RetailReady
Your team creates an FBA inbound shipment plan in the RetailReady UI. RetailReady communicates directly with Amazon’s API to pull shipment options and carrier choices.
2. Sync and pick in Logiwa
Once you confirm the plan, RetailReady automatically creates the corresponding sales order(s) in Logiwa via API. Your warehouse team then uses Logiwa’s familiar interface to efficiently pick the items, just like any other order.
3. Pack and comply in RetailReady
The picked inventory is moved to a packing station. RetailReady provides a directed workflow for case confirmation, value-added services (VAS), and pallet building. The system automatically prints all required Amazon-compliant carton and pallet labels.
4. Ship and confirm
RetailReady sends all tracking, Bill of Lading (BOL), and confirmation data directly to Amazon. It then sends a final shipment confirmation back to Logiwa to automatically close the order.
